Inspec begin work on Online Recruitment website for BP in the Netherlands.

Inspec have been given the go-ahead from BP to develop an Online Recruitment system for the Netherlands downstream retail business.

The new system will be integrated into the existing Inspec DigitalHR applicated used by BP for the entire HR, time recording and payroll requirements of the entire company owned network.

The new system will comprise of two websites one which is the public facing system where applicants can search for jobs, read information, enquire and apply, uploading CV's and any supporting information. The public facing website content will be managed by staff at any of the 80 sites across the country placing vacancies for thier site on the system. The system is due for launch during November 2009 and will increase the coverage and functionality of the digitalHR greatly.
